The ProcessDesigning the Wireframes: With all the forms being sent and with a small requirement request, the designer started with the high-fidelity wireframes. Since the forms are a bit repetitive, the designer only did one form per category.
For Client Review: After creating the designs, we sent it to the client for the design and flow review.
Development: After the revisions that were made, the development started.
Development: With all the screens being approved, the developers started with the mobile application.
QA: To ensure that we deliver a quality product, we tested the portal and the admin tool before handing it over to the client.

OutcomeThe portal and the admin tool were finished in the four (4) months timeline even though we faced some challenges. Also, as we are a small team, the collaboration was easy internally. There were no obstacles, and all the team members were proactive.
